At Nila Collections, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That's why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

Nila Collections will provide free delivery/shipping for orders above Rs 2000/- within India.

We have several products under the Same Day Shipping category. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 working days.

Clearance sale (tagged sale) items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported within 24 hrs of receipt.

Return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, together with proof of purchase.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

Return/exchange is not applicable for innerwear's.

Nila Collections will arrange for the pickup for return items.

Nila Collections will exchange/refund any defect items free of cost.

Refund will be processed through the original payment made. It might take 3-5 working days according to the mode of payment.

If you request a refund, delivery charges and return charges will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.

Nila Collections reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including when we're unable to meet an order's requirements or when an order doesn't comply with our policies. We will notify you if your order is cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

There is no cancellation charge if you cancel your order before it has been shipped.

At Nila Collections we are committed to protect the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, rent, loan, or reveal any identifiable customer information to third parties. Your account information is password-protected, and you can review and edit your profile details at any time.
