• Nila Collections will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

• All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Nila Collections is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.

• VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

• Customers must provide up to 7 business days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 7 business days, we will inform the customer at the earliest.

• While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

• All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

• Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

• The prices (wherever published) are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by first class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

• We take utmost care to ship the orders in good condition, properly packed and then packing paper wrapped. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.
